Robb Riddle has been practicing commercial and industrial real estate in Southeastern Virginia for over 30 years. Robb founded Riddle Associates, Inc. in 1988 after a successful introduction into the industry from his affiliation with a local real estate development and construction company.
Robb maintains the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the highest and most respected certification in the commercial real estate industry. A CCIM is highly skilled in all phases of commercial, industrial, retail and investment real estate matters.
Robb’s prior professional experiences include working for a consulting engineering firm specializing in the concept, design and construction of a variety of industrial, manufacturing, office and retail facilities along the east coast.
Robb’s associations past and present include: Board Member of the Chesapeake Economic Development Authority, The Old Point National Bank & Financial Corporation, and Virginia Air & Space Center; Current Member of the Chesapeake Rotary Club; and Past Board Member of the Chesapeake Care Free Clinic and Chesapeake North YMCA
